I grew up immersed in the western way of life on her family’s ranch in Brackettville, Texas. Influenced deeply by my mother and steeped in rodeo, barrel racing, roping, 4‑H, and FFA, my roots taught me that grit and purpose often don’t need a microphone they need a message.
My goal is to amplify voices & empower individuals.
Background & Mission
After earning her B.S. in Agricultural Services and Development from Tarleton State University in 2020, where I served as Student Body President and her M.P.S.A. from Texas A&M University in 2022, I landed in beef education before stepping into her current role as a development officer in higher education. Driven by her passion for agriculture and leadership, her journey has become one of leveraging story-driven service to uplift others.
As host of Basically Famous, Tyler spotlights women in agriculture from ranchers and rodeo athletes to ag entrepreneurs, educators, and scientists, telling their stories with authenticity and encouragement. Each episode shines a light on women whose influence often extends behind the scenes, yet whose impact moves mountains.
Why I Do It?
Whether it’s helping a student find direction, speaking across Texas, or amplifying stories of women who lead with both courage and conviction, I believe deeply that the agricultural industry thrives when women are empowered to claim their seat at the table. My work is rooted in legacy, yes but it’s fueled by the belief that today’s narratives will shape tomorrow’s opportunities.
